The Downtowner Rooming House offers clean and quiet, furnished rooms for rent. Each room contains a bed, dresser, sink, refrigerator, and cable for TV. Other ammenities include air conditioning, wifi, common phone with long distance and common bathrooms.

Rentals Fees

$100 per week or $400 per month
$75 deposit (returned only after 6 months of residence)
